Mix well to form a smooth batter.Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.Grease a steaming plate or a dhokla maker with oil.Add the fruit salt to the batter and mix well. The batter will start to bubble up and become frothy.Pour the batter into the greased plate and steam for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.Once the dhokla is cooked, remove it from the steamer and let it cool for a few minutes.Cut the dhokla into bite-sized pieces and keep aside.In a small pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, green chilies, and curry leaves.Once the seeds start to splutter, add water and let it come to a boil.Pour the tempering over the dhokla and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Serve the dhokla with green chutney or tamarind chutney.
